Zackgo Reports identifies operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities using the data your business already collects. The platform converts uploaded workbooks into structured executive intelligence — health scores, summaries, blind spots, root cause analysis, and recommended actions.
Wherever possible, Zackgo:
- Uses deterministic metrics calculated directly from your uploaded data
- Links recommendations to supporting operational rows and figures
- Clearly distinguishes facts, interpretations, and recommendations in reports
- Does not fabricate metrics or present assumptions as verified facts
2. How AI Is Used
Zackgo's intelligence layer is powered by Zackgo AI Beta — our proprietary AI engine built for operational and executive reporting. Depending on the feature, workload, and availability, a subset of automated responses may be routed through established industrial-grade API partners under strict data-handling and contractual controls. We do not disclose specific third-party intelligence providers in public documentation; all processing remains subject to our Privacy Policy, Security Policy, and Data Processing Agreement.
Zackgo AI Beta and associated automation are used to:
- Parse and validate uploaded workbooks
- Identify patterns, anomalies, inefficiencies, and blind spots
- Generate executive summaries, root cause analysis, and recommended actions
- Power AI Copilot conversational assistance (Pro and Enterprise)
- Produce predictive and comparative analytics where plan and data permit
Deterministic metrics are calculated directly from your uploaded data wherever possible. AI processing supplements — but does not replace — those calculations.
Beta notice: Zackgo AI Beta is under active development. Outputs may vary as models, routing, and safeguards evolve. We continuously refine validation, prompting, and output quality.
3. Decision Support, Not Decision Replacement
Zackgo Reports is built for executive decision-making. Reports and Copilot responses are intended to help leadership focus attention where it matters most.
They are not:
- A substitute for management judgment, domain expertise, or internal review
- Professional financial, legal, tax, or audit advice
- Automated operational control or execution of business decisions
- A promise of specific profit, growth, cost savings, or business results
Final operational and strategic decisions remain with your organisation.
4. Factors That Affect Outcomes
Business outcomes depend on factors beyond any analytics platform, including:
- How your leadership team interprets and acts on insights
- Execution quality across departments
- Market conditions, customer behaviour, and competitive dynamics
- Regulatory, economic, and other external factors
- The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data you upload
Zackgo helps you see patterns in your data more clearly. It cannot control how those patterns play out in the real world.
5. Understanding Limitations
- Report quality reflects the quality of uploaded data. Incomplete or inaccurate uploads may produce incomplete analysis.
- AI interpretation may miss material issues or emphasise patterns that require human context to evaluate.
- Historical comparisons require sufficient validated data; sparse data reduces analytical depth.
- Copilot responses are contextual to your workspace but should be reviewed alongside source reports.
We recommend verifying material figures before significant operational or financial commitments.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure clerks upload accurate, authorised data on schedule.
- Apply appropriate internal controls and professional advisors where required.
- Use Zackgo insights as one input alongside management experience and domain knowledge.
- Do not rely solely on AI reports for regulatory filings, statutory compliance, or audited financial statements without independent verification.
7. Data Processing for AI
- Your data is processed only to deliver your reports, Copilot features, and related analytics within your workspace.
- Processing occurs through Zackgo AI Beta and, where applicable, authorised industrial API partners operating under Zackgo's security and privacy requirements.
- We do not use your operational data to train models for other customers or unrelated third-party purposes.
- Cross-customer data exposure is prevented by workspace isolation, access controls, and encryption in transit and at rest.
- AI processing is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
8. Our Commitments
- Evidence-first reporting: Metrics traceable to uploaded data wherever technically feasible.
- Transparent AI reasoning: Clear documentation of how AI contributes to reports.
- Workspace isolation: Cross-customer data exposure is prevented by design.
- Human support: Available for disputed or unclear outputs via Support.
