1. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to upload authorised operational data, generate and review AI reports, manage your team, and make internal business decisions based on outputs — subject to AI limitations in our AI Disclaimer.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Upload data you do not have legal right to process or share
- Upload malware, corrupted files designed to harm systems, or content that violates law
- Attempt to access, probe, or extract another customer's workspace or data
- Bypass authentication, RLS, plan restrictions, or rate limits
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform, APIs, or report templates for competitive products
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without Enterprise agreement
- Use automated scraping or bulk extraction beyond documented APIs
- Conduct penetration testing without written authorisation from contact@zackgo.com
- Share login credentials between individuals
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or fraudulent purposes
- Misrepresent AI outputs as human-audited or guaranteed accurate to third parties
- Overload infrastructure with unreasonable request volumes
3. Content Standards
Uploaded data must relate to legitimate business operations. You are responsible for ensuring uploads do not contain unlawful content or excessive personal data unrelated to operational reporting.
4. API Usage (Enterprise)
Where API access is granted, use only per documentation and agreed rate limits. API keys must be kept confidential. Notify Zackgo immediately if keys are compromised.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, feature restriction, suspension, or termination without refund, depending on severity. We may report unlawful activity to authorities where required.
