1. Zackgo Trademarks
"Zackgo", "Zackgo Reports", "Zackgo Enterprises", the Zackgo logo, and related marks are trademarks of Zackgo Enterprises. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unauthorized use of Zackgo marks is prohibited without written permission.
2. Platform Ownership
Zackgo owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including:
- Software, source code, compiled applications, and deployment configurations
- User interface design, layouts, visual systems, and component libraries
- Report templates, scoring methodologies, analytical models, and prompt architectures
- Research, product documentation, training materials, and internal know-how
- Patents, trade secrets, and proprietary processes embodied in the platform
Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or commercial use of any of the above is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal remedies under applicable law.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India and international treaties.
4. Logo & Branding Usage
- Customers: May display "Powered by Zackgo" or co-branded reports only as configured in your plan. Enterprise white-label terms are defined in your agreement.
- Prohibited: Using Zackgo logos to imply partnership, endorsement, or ownership of Zackgo without authorization.
- Prohibited: Modifying Zackgo logos, combining with confusingly similar marks, or using in misleading marketing.
5. Customer Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of uploaded workbooks, operational data, and company-provided content. Zackgo claims no ownership over Customer Data.
6. AI-Generated Reports
Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AI-generated reports for your internal business purposes. You may share reports with your executives, board, and advisors. You may not:
- Resell reports or report content as a standalone product
- Remove required attribution except under Enterprise white-label terms
- Represent reports as created without AI assistance where disclosure is material
7. Limited Processing Licence
You grant Zackgo a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to operate the Service. This licence terminates when data is deleted per our retention policy, except for backups and legal retention.
8. Prohibited Copying & Reverse Engineering
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works of the platform. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract source code, models, algorithms, or proprietary research is prohibited except where law expressly permits and only after prior written notice to Zackgo.
9. Trade Secrets & Confidential Platform Know-How
Certain elements of Zackgo Reports constitute confidential trade secrets, including but not limited to: report generation logic, health score computation methods, blind-spot detection heuristics, AI orchestration workflows, and internal benchmarking systems. Access to the Service does not grant any licence to these trade secrets beyond normal use of the Service as subscribed. Employees, contractors, and consultants of Customer must not disclose, extract, or reuse Zackgo platform know-how outside permitted internal business use.
10. API Restrictions
API access (Enterprise) is licensed, not sold. APIs may not be used to build competing products, circumvent plan limits, or redistribute Zackgo intelligence to unlicensed third parties.
11. Feedback
If you provide product feedback or suggestions, you grant Zackgo a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service without obligation or compensation. Feedback does not grant you any ownership in resulting platform improvements.
